From the archives: A race that waited a year

The first Valkyrie Relay was planned for Aug. 22, 2020, on Utah's Wasatch Back. On Aug. 12, 2020, all of that day's events were cancelled because of COVID-19, and entries rolled forward to 2021.

The race would finally start the following June.
