Program in development

Race the course. Help build it. Have a real say in how it grows.

Valkyrie is exploring a structure in which individual races can be supported and owned in part by the racers and communities they serve.

Most races are owned somewhere else by someone you will never meet. We think a destination race works better when the people who run it, volunteer at it and live alongside it help shape how it turns out. Valkyrie is exploring whether individual races could eventually be organized through separate race-level entities, allowing people to follow and support the specific places they care about.

How it may work

This programme is in development. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell securities, and no investment is currently available through this website.

How it may work

Four steps, and three of them happen elsewhere

If and when a race reaches an approved offering, this is the path. Every step after the first happens somewhere other than this website.

01

Choose a race

Follow the markets you care about. Each race is intended to be its own entity, so following one commits you to nothing about any other.

02

Review the official offering

If a race reaches an offering, it will be made only through official offering documents for that race. Those documents, not this page, are authoritative.

03

Invest through the approved portal

Any investment would be made through an SEC-registered broker-dealer or funding portal. That intermediary handles eligibility, onboarding, disclosures, funds and the securities.

04

Follow the race’s progress

We intend to report at the race level: venue, permits, partners, operations and results.

Risk

Any investment of this kind is speculative and illiquid, and you could lose your entire investment. There is no guarantee that any race reaches an offering, that an offering succeeds, that a race is ever held, or that any money is ever returned.

Reading these cards

Development status describes how far along a race is. Offering status describes whether a securities offering exists. A race can be well advanced and have no offering, and an early-stage race will never have one. No race listed here has an approved offering, so no offering link is shown.

Why

Why we are exploring this

Stronger racer alignment

If racers and local communities eventually participate in the ownership of a race, that structure should give them a meaningful voice in how it develops.

Local accountability

Race-level entities keep decisions closer to the people affected by them.

Patient community capital

Destination events take years. Capital that understands that builds a better race.

Transparent race-level reporting

Each race reports on its own venue, permits, partners and operations.

Long-term event quality

People who care deeply about one race have reason to protect what makes that place worth traveling for.

Follow what you care about

You are not asked to back a whole series. Follow one race, or several.

What this is not

Investors would not control race operations, and would not be entitled to race entry, discounts, distributions, appreciation, or the ability to sell their interest. Those things are not part of what is being explored.

Programme updates

Follow how this develops

Receive updates about the Racer Ownership programme as it develops. Submitting your information is not an investment commitment, reservation, offer, or guarantee of participation. Any future opportunity would be made only through official offering documents and an approved offering process.

What this is not

Asking for updates does not reserve an allocation, create priority, constitute a commitment, or establish investor eligibility. It is a request for general programme news and nothing more.

We are not collecting investment information through this website. No accreditation status, net worth, income, investment amount, banking, tax or identity details are requested here, and none should be sent to us.
