Anyone can read the board. Posting takes a one-time join with a confirmed email, so every post comes from a real, reachable person.
Posts go up instantly
Clean posts publish the moment you hit Post and appear on the board within about a minute. A few things get a quick human look first - links, contact details in the text - and appear once cleared.
Respond privately
Every post has a Respond button that forwards your message to the poster. Nobody sees your email unless you choose to publish a contact line.
Kept on topic

The board rules
1. Post about Valkyrie: finding a team, filling a leg, substitutions, crews, training, gear, travel, race questions.
2. Be decent. Write to strangers the way you would talk at a start line.
3. No selling, no promotion, no recruiting for other events.
4. No links in posts. Say it in words.
5. Contact details go in the contact box - published only when you choose that - or stay private behind Respond. Do not put them in the post text.
6. 18 and older post here. Adults post on behalf of younger racers, and a minor’s contact details are never published.
7. Posts expire after 30 days unless renewed. Mark your post Team formed when it works - we love seeing that.
8. Staff can remove any post that breaks these rules. Twice-reported posts come down automatically until a person reviews them.
